We’re seeking a talented, Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our community-based services team in Columbus, OH.

Professional License Requirements

  • Active Ohio state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (issued by the Ohio OTPTAT Board)
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid Ohio Driver’s License (travel to family homes and community sites required)

What to Expect from this Role

  • Prior experience with infants, toddlers, or families is a plus but not required
  • Assess fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills to identify developmental delays
  • Provide therapy in natural environments (homes, childcare, or other family-identified settings)
  • Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and early intervention teams
  • Coach parents and caregivers on strategies to support skill development during everyday routines
  • Document services in accordance with state and early intervention guidelines
  • Collaborate with service coordinators, PTs, SLPs, and other providers to ensure coordinated services
