Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Engineer AI for a full-time, on-site role Tempe, AZ. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will perform a mix of technical leadership and customer-facing responsibilities. These include designing and implementing AI-powered software solutions, providing technical consulting, delivering technical support to clients, assisting in pre-sales engagements such as demonstrations and technical discussions, and ensuring seamless integration between AI solutions and client systems. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop strategies for solving business challenges through innovative technology.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Software Development and building AI/ML-powered solutions
- Experience in Consulting and delivering tailored technical strategies to meet client needs
- Skills in Sales and Presales activities, including communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in Integration to ensure seamless deployment of solutions across various platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with telecommunications or cloud technologies is a plus
