Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Marion, NC – Invitation Therapy
Invitation Therapy is seeking a friendly, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our Marion clinic. The SLP/SLPA will provide pediatric speech and language therapy services in a supportive, family-centered environment. SLPAs will provide services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pediatric speech and language therapy using established plans of care
- Take accurate data and document sessions
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Assist with therapy materials and planning
- Collaborate with the therapy team to support each child’s progress
Requirements:
- SLP: Current North Carolina SLP license
- SLPA: Current North Carolina SLPA certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
