The Regional Property Compliance Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating efforts of the Property Compliance team for multiple market(s), ensuring market adherence to HOA or Municipality rules and regulations, and expediting curing of compliance issues. This role is responsible for managing a team of Property Compliance Coordinators (PCCs), ensuring adherence to HOA and municipal standards, and driving operational excellence through proactive oversight, coaching, and collaboration. The Regional Property Compliance Supervisor plays an essential role in the execution of processes and strategy towards increasing efficiency and effectiveness in meeting department goals.
What You’ll Do
The salary range for this position is: $67,875.00 - $117,650.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.

What You’ll Do
- Leverage reporting insights to identify compliance risks, prioritize corrective actions, and implement strategies that strengthen market-level performance.
- Lead and develop a team of Compliance Coordinators, ensuring accountability to KPIs, operational standards, and consistent delivery of compliance objectives.
- Partner with Legal, Leasing, Maintenance, and market leadership to resolve complex compliance barriers and align financial and operational impacts.
- Design and execute strategies to reduce violations by delivering proactive resident communications and seasonal reminders in partnership with Marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HOAs, municipalities, and management companies, serving as the escalation point for high-risk issues and representing the organization in critical meetings.
- Oversee proactive processes for seasonal compliance needs, such as access card distribution, ensuring timely execution and positive resident experience.
- Drive consistency across markets by aligning KPIs, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of compliance excellence.
- High School or GED required, college degree preferred
- Minimum two years of customer service and/or HOA/property management experience
- 2 years managing other people (2 direct reports)
- Familiarity with federal fair housing laws and applicable local housing provisions
- Ability to multitask using a variety of IT platforms simultaneously
- Knowledge of Yardi and/or Salesforce is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft software applications
- Ability to solve problems constructively
- Ability to work with limited supervision, “self-motivated”
- Works well with others in a team environment, “team-player”
- Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external
- Proficient verbal and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task with accuracy
