POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re hiring Live-In Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care, support, and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.)
- Assist with medication administration
- Drive individuals to appointments, social activities, and community outings
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment
- Document services provided and monitored progress toward individual goals
- Be a role model and advocate for independence and dignity
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours and live on-site during scheduled shifts.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with 6400 regulations is a plus
- Successful completion of motor vehicle records and background check.
