Invision Contracting is an Arizona-based commercial general contractor specializing in tenant improvements, restaurant buildouts, and interior commercial projects.
We work with brokers, property managers, and business owners across Arizona and focus on fast, clean, and reliable execution.
The Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow our presence in the commercial real estate space.
This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk sales role.
This role is focused on:
- getting out into the field
- meeting people face-to-face
- building real relationships
You’ll be visiting property management offices, brokerage firms, and commercial spaces to introduce Invision and build long-term connections.
What You'll Be Doing
- Visit 5–10 offices per day
- Introduce yourself to property managers, brokers, and office staff
- Build and maintain relationships in the field
- Drop off small items (coffee, snacks, etc.) to stay top of mind
- Track contacts and follow up consistently
- Help generate walkthroughs and project opportunities

- Experience in sales, real estate, or construction is a plus
