Invision Contracting is a growing Phoenix commercial GC focused on tenant improvements, renovations, hospitality, retail, restaurant, medical, office, and other existing-building projects.
We’re looking for one strong, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help lead our growth.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We want someone who already understands the Phoenix commercial construction / real-estate market and has relationships they can leverage.
What You’ll Do
* Generate qualified commercial construction opportunities
* Build relationships with developers, property managers, brokers, owners, architects, hotel groups, and construction decision-makers
* Identify upcoming TI, renovation, and capital projects before GC selection
* Grow new and existing client relationships
* Attend meetings, property tours, networking events, and industry functions
* Work directly with ownership and estimating to turn opportunities into awarded projects
* Maintain and follow up on an active pipeline
What We’re Looking For
* 5 years in commercial construction, CRE, property management, architecture, building services, or a related field
* Strong Phoenix-area industry relationships
* Proven business-development or client-development experience
* Comfortable discussing commercial TI and renovation work
* Self-motivated, competitive, and able to operate independently
Commercial construction BD experience is preferred, but we’re also open to strong candidates from commercial real estate, property management, architecture, and commercial subcontractor sales.

Compensation
Base salary: $65,000–$80,000 UNCAPPED performamce based upside
Additional compensation is tied directly to performance and business generated.
There is no artificial ceiling for someone who consistently produces profitable work.
