- Connect and guide each woman to the right partners, resources, or services—whether she seeks healing from trauma, job training, housing, transportation, food security, childcare, relationship support, peer connection, or access to VA benefits and healthcare.
- Educate the public, service providers, and policymakers about the often-overlooked experiences and needs of women in the military—during and after service.

Shine a Light on the Stories That Deserve to Be Seen
Invisible Warriors is a grassroots movement devoted to honoring and uplifting the experiences of women veterans-women who have served our country with strength, resilience, and courage, and who often return home to find their stories left untold.
We're looking for a compassionate, creative
videographer
to help bring these stories to life.
As a volunteer, you'll play a powerful role in helping women veterans be seen and heard-not just for what they've survived, but for who they truly are beyond the uniform. Through your lens, you'll help us capture real voices, real experiences, and the unshakable spirit of women rebuilding their lives after military service.
What You'll Do
- Film and edit short-form videos highlighting women veterans' journeys, community events, and advocacy work
- Collaborate with our team to create compelling visual content for social media, fundraising campaigns, and public awareness
- Help shape narratives that honor authenticity, empower healing, and inspire action
Who You Are
- A passionate storyteller with videography and editing skills (professional or self-taught-we value both)
- Comfortable working with sensitivity around topics like trauma, identity, and resilience
- Someone who believes in the power of visual media to heal, connect, and create change
You don't need military experience-just empathy, creativity, and a desire to make a difference.
