Invisible Warriors supports women veterans with individual needs from needing community and connection to career assistance, transportation, housing, trauma healing, and more. We need someone to help tell their stories.
What You'll Actually Do
✅ Write clearly and persuasively (clips or samples welcome but not required)
✅ Understand social media and basic PR principles
✅ Can commit 5-10 hours/week on a flexible schedule
✅ Work well independently and enjoy collaborating
✅ Care about veterans, women's issues, or social justice

- Welcome and listen—ensuring every military woman who reaches out is met with dignity, compassion, and a personalized intake process that helps us understand her unique needs.
- Connect and guide each woman to the right partners, resources, or services—whether she seeks healing from trauma, job training, housing, transportation, food security, childcare, relationship support, peer connection, or access to VA benefits and healthcare.
- Educate the public, service providers, and policymakers about the often-overlooked experiences and needs of women in the military—during and after service.
- Advocate for systems change that prioritizes gender-specific, trauma-informed, and holistic care for all women who serve or have served.
- Empower women to reclaim their identity, rebuild their lives, and thrive—no matter where they are on their military or post-military journey.
