Pay:
Based on experience: $22.00 – $45.00 /hour

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a hands-on, technically skilled electrician on new construction job sites
- Support and guide team members with troubleshooting and installation challenges
- Help improve job efficiency by assisting with diagnostics, planning, and reducing rework
- Encourage team development by coaching others to build their own problem-solving skills
- Share technical tips, product updates, and best practices during team meetings or group chats
- Provide occasional phone support to field techs, even on non-scheduled workdays if needed
- Assist in evaluating potential new hires when requested
- Maintain professionalism and respect in all interactions with team members and clients
What You’ll Bring:
- 2 years of electrical experience, preferably in new construction
- Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and code compliance
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications:

- Electrical install experience or schooling
- Must pass a drug screen, background check
- 1 year of experience in Residential Electrical work

- Residential electrical install, inspections, and troubleshooting
- Assemble, install, and test electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and fixtures
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
