Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, including consultative selling and opportunity management.
- Experience with Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including outreach, qualification, and pipeline building.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in security services, facilities services, or B2B service sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Comfort working with CRM or sales tracking tools and basic proficiency with standard office software.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
