About the Position
Invincible Marketing Branch is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
In this role, you'll work in person within assigned retail locations, interacting directly with customers and helping them learn about available products and services. You'll answer questions, explain current options and promotions, and assist customers in selecting solutions that fit their needs.
Our team supports established brands and service providers across consumer-focused industries that may include wireless and telecommunications, home internet and connectivity, energy services, and home improvement solutions. Specific brand partnerships and assigned campaigns may vary based on location and business needs.
No previous sales experience is required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage customers within assigned retail locations
- Ask questions to better understand customer needs
- Explain available products, services, pricing, features, and promotions
- Help customers compare available options
- Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
- Assist customers through the purchase or enrollment process
- Answer customer questions professionally and accurately
- Maintain knowledge of assigned products, services, and promotions
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience
- Work alongside team members to support customer service and performance goals
- Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching
Previous Experience That Pairs Well

Schedule & Work Location
This is a full-time, in-person retail position at assigned retail locations throughout the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. This position is not remote.
Candidates should have availability that aligns with assigned retail operating hours. Specific scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
