Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Goshen, IN. The Staff Engineer will manage product revisions, contribute to new product development, provide customer technical assistance, and consult with production processes. Daily tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving technical challenges, and interfacing with manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
- Ability to originate CAD drawings.
- Experience with Process Excellence, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Optimization to enhance product efficiency and reliability
- Proficient in Technical Problem Solving, Testing, and Troubleshooting to address engineering and design challenges.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience in the RV industry or a related sector is a plus
