Invictus Security and Investigations, a Leading Security Service Provider is currently hiring CURRENT LICENSED NON-COMMISSION Security Personnel for FLEX ON-CALL POSITION.
Positions:
FLEX OFFICER - (MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABLITY SUNDAY - SATURDAY)
SHIFT: ON-CALL AVAILABLE FOR ANY SHIFT: MORNING, AFTERNOON, EVENING, OVERNIGHT.
PAY: $17 hr. (We provide DIRECT DEPOSIT and WEEKLY PAY.)
Requirements:
- 12 HOURS A WEEK GUARANTEED WITH NO TURNING DOWN ASSIGMENT’S.
- YOU WILL BE ON CALL 24/7 DAYS A WEEK (WEEKENDS INCLUDED).
- COVERING ALL SHIFTS IN ROSEBUD, TX, LOCATION
- NO CALL OFF’S (or HOURS ARE NOT GUARANTEED FOR THE WEEK) YOU MAY TAKE DAYS OFF BY REQUEST DAYS OFF BUT HOURS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
- GOING TO A POST IS NOT A DAY OFF. YOU’RE REQUIRED TO SHADOW AND DO THE EXACT DUTIES THE REGULAR OFFICER PERFORMS DAILY.
- YOU WILL HAVE 1 HOUR TO ARRIVE TO YOUR POST FROM BING NOTIFIED.
- THE DAY(S) YOU’RE “ON CALL” YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO BE AVAILABLE.
DUTIES:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Officers will be sitting in their personal vehicle watching a construction site. Requirements
- Previous experience in security is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security risks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a valid/ current Texas Unarmed Security License.
- Physical fitness is essential; candidates should be able to stand or set for long periods and respond quickly in emergencies.
