Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, brand activations, and community outreach campaigns
- Represent our brand and partner organizations professionally at public events and networking opportunities
- Manage event logistics, including setup, staffing, materials, and breakdown
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, and community partners
- Track and report event performance, audience engagement, and outreach results
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and professionalism at all events
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align field efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments
- Team-oriented, but capable of working independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in marketing, communications, or business is a plus
