Team Lead – Asphalt & Pavement (Seattle, WA)

Invictus Northwest Group is expanding our asphalt and pavement maintenance division into the Seattle market. We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Team Lead to help build and grow this division from the ground up.
This is not a desk job. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can sell, lead, organize, and execute—while building a strong field operation.
What You’ll Do
- Grow the asphalt and pavement maintenance business in Seattle
- Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
- Conduct site assessments and identify opportunities
- Close work and manage jobs from sale through execution
- Lead, support, and coordinate field crews
- Help establish Seattle as a strong, long-term market

Ideal Background
- Asphalt, paving, or construction experience

Compensation
- Base Salary (First 60 Days): $70,000 – $90,000 USD
- Performance-based compensation to follow
- Bonus and growth incentives tied to market performance
