Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Brand Ambassador role offers hands-on experience in cause-driven marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development. This is an exciting opportunity to represent nonprofit organizations while building a foundation for a career in marketing and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage retail customers in meaningful conversations about our partner charities
Promote awareness and inspire donations through in-person outreach
Help plan, set up, and execute promotional events in retail environments
Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism
Support the training and development of new team members
Track and report campaign metrics, including donations and engagement
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
