We are looking for motivated entry‐level sales agents who want to start earning through personal sales, with the opportunity to grow into recruiting and building a team as they gain experience.
This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission‐only role with unlimited earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
Start With Personal Sales
- Work warm leads through our proven lead system — no cold calling un‐interested prospects
- Contact potential clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions
- Guide clients through the application process and maintain communication
- Build long‐term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
Grow Into Leadership (Optional)
As you gain confidence and experience:
- Recruit new agents who want to enter the industry
- Help train and support your team
- Earn override income on your team’s production (This is optional — you can focus on sales only or grow into leadership at your own pace.)
Compensation
This is a 1099 commission‐only opportunity.
- Average commission per sale: ~$500
- Bonuses and incentives available
- Override income available once you begin recruiting
- No income caps — your earnings grow with your effort
Your income is based on your activity, consistency, and willingness to learn.
