Title: Corporate Recruiter - DOD/Intel
Location: Alexandria, VA

Clearance: Secret preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting of candidates for all open positions within Invictus
- Manage the flow of candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle
- Conducts initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates as requested
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout all phases of the hiring process
- Work closely with hiring managers to establish position requirements in support of company hiring
- Manage Invictus' applicant tracking system (ATS) in accordance with internal practices and governing state/federal laws
- Source qualified candidates via several different vendor websites and industry specific job fairs
- Develop a qualified pool of candidates for pending proposals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5 years of technical recruiting experience
- Prior experience sourcing for cleared candidates within the DOD/IC required
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment is a must
- US citizenship required
- DoD Secret clearance or higher preferred, but not required
