Title: Corporate Recruiter - DOD/Intel

Location: Alexandria, VA

US Citizenship Required: Yes

Clearance: Secret preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting of candidates for all open positions within Invictus
• Manage the flow of candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle
• Conducts initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates as requested
• Maintain contact with candidates throughout all phases of the hiring process
• Work closely with hiring managers to establish position requirements in support of company hiring
• Manage Invictus' applicant tracking system (ATS) in accordance with internal practices and governing state/federal laws
• Source qualified candidates via several different vendor websites and industry specific job fairs
• Develop a qualified pool of candidates for pending proposals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5 years of technical recruiting experience
• Prior experience sourcing for cleared candidates within the DOD/IC required
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment is a must
• US citizenship required
• DoD Secret clearance or higher preferred, but not required
