Gym Staff

Job Summary
If you do not love fitness and love working out- do not apply. We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional guest services at both of our gym locations. The ideal candidate will first and foremost love fitness, serve as the first point of contact for members, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales ability, cleaning abilities, love for fitness, positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties

• Greet members warmly upon arrival and assist with anything they need
• Give tours and be able to make sales to new members
• Have a passion for health and fitness
• Have a positive attitude and encourage members
• Cleaning the gym
• Clean bathrooms
• Contacting leads via phone call and text messages in our crm
• Proficiently use gym management software and crm software
• Putting away weights and fitness equipment
• Manage unhappy members and complaints
• Provide information about gym amenities, services, and anything we provide to enhance member experience
• Handle member requests, complaints, and feedback with tact and efficiency to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate membership data in software and update membership information in the system
• Uphold gym policies and procedures to ensure safety, security, and high standards of service

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Sale experience
• Cleaning experience
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse membership base better
• Knowledge of gym management software and tech savvy
• Love of fitness
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

We have two locations, one in bullhead and one in fort Mohave, so being able to work at either is preferred. We only will hire people who have a passion and love for fitness. There are growth opportunities in becoming a PT of group EX instructor, we will pay to get you certified. We are growing and revolutionizing the fitness industry in bullhead and are looking for people who are excited to grow with us. We handle most things in house so any other skills from social media to repair experience is always preferred. Please include any other skills or special talent you might have that you believe could be an asset.

Pay: $15.15 per hour
