Responsibilities
- Educate clients on financial strategies, including life insurance and retirement planning
- Conduct virtual or in-person client consultations
- Customize financial solutions based on client needs and goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with prospects and manage a pipeline of leads
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Research market trends, economic indicators, and emerging investment opportunities to inform strategic recommendations
- Utilize advanced financial software to model scenarios, track portfolio performance, and prepare detailed reports for clients
- Educate clients on various financial concepts such as retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning to enhance their understanding and confidence
- Collaborate with clients regularly to review progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure ongoing alignment with their objectives
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license (if not already licensed)
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Performance-based (commission bonuses)
- Part-time: $1,000–$3,000/month potential
- Full-time: $5,000 /month potential
