Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, knocking, and networking within assigned territories
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, technical support, and upselling opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase fiber solutions’ benefits and features
- Develop strategic territory management plans to maximize market penetration and sales growth
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or having a strong work ethic with the ability to learn
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory management and account portfolios effectively
- Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques including outside sales and time management strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships
- Effective communication skills for delivering product demos, conducting presentations, and negotiating deals
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing and technical support

Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week
