What You'll Do
You'll be a vital part of the patient experience from day one — not just checking boxes, but truly making a difference at every step of the fertility journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection with precision and care
- Assisting physicians during procedures in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Supporting clinical staff with telephone triage
- Completing health documentation for insurance processing
- Serving as the key liaison between clinical staff and laboratory services
- Reviewing lab results alongside physicians, patients, and the embryology team
- Training in ultrasound operation and IUI procedures — expanding your clinical skill set
- Educating and empowering patients through all aspects of infertility care and surgery
- Coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures with hospital teams
- Performing pap smears and vaginal cultures with proficiency and sensitivity
- An active Registered Nurse license with an AS Degree in Nursing in the State of Illinois
- Experience in a women's health setting
- Current ACLS and CPR certification
- Basic PC proficiency
- A warm, patient-first mindset and a love of teamwork
Compensation: $28–$34/hour, based on experience
