About the Role

As an Entry-Level Business Development Executive, you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions, including team management, campaign coordination, and client account management. This is a unique opportunity to develop key skills in sales, customer service, marketing, and leadership, all while working with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and marketing goals.

  • Campaign Coordination and Management: Help plan, execute, and track the success of marketing and sales campaigns for clients in technology and other industries.

  • National Accounts Management: Support the management of national accounts, driving customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

  • Customer Service & Sales: Work with clients to identify their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Training and Development: Participate in mentoring and coaching, both receiving and providing it to support colleagues’ growth.

  • Travel Opportunities: Attend events and conferences, both locally and nationally, to network and learn.

  • Charity Events: Engage in local community charity events to make a positive impact.
