The Role
The OTC Trader is responsible for executing bilateral digital asset trades, managing quotes, and controlling execution risk across spot markets. The role is execution-focused and requires active participation during US trading hours with hybrid on-site presence.
Responsibilities
- Execute OTC spot trades across major digital assets
- Price bilateral trades based on real-time market conditions and liquidity
- Manage trade execution, settlement coordination, and post-trade reconciliation
- Monitor market depth, volatility, and execution risk during live trades
- Interact with internal trading, risk, and operations teams
- Identify pricing inefficiencies and liquidity dislocations
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in crypto trading, OTC desks, or institutional execution
- Proven hands-on experience executing spot digital asset trades
- Strong understanding of liquidity, spreads, slippage, and market impact
- Ability to price trades independently under live market conditions
- Comfortable operating during US trading hours with hybrid on-site work
Compensation
- Base Salary: USD 130,000 – 165,000 per year

- Legacy: performance-based bonus
