What You’ll Do: Position Highlights
Customer Support & Communication
- Provide courteous, professional support to clients and colleagues via phone, email, or in person
- Respond to inquiries regarding file status, rate quotes, and general title insurance information
- Open and track title orders received via phone or email
- Schedule closings, coordinate with closers and attorneys, and confirm details
- Maintain vendor and lender records to ensure smooth order processing
- Create and manage back title files and keep accurate logs of turn-around time
- Record and process incoming search requests
- Review title searches and underwrite commitments, policies, and endorsements in compliance with company guidelines and evolving underwriting principles
- Enter accurate title information to support timely and error-free production
- Meet individual and team production standards for quality and volume
- 3 years of experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support, or loan processing
- Familiarity with real estate transactions and title searches
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing legal documents
- Exceptional organization and professional communication skills
- Commitment to working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
