About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager / operator to oversee a our growing 49-unit residential portfolio across multiple properties in the Daytona Beach area.
This is a high-responsibility role focused on ensuring that all aspects of property operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, enforcing standards, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a purely administrative role. You are expected to own outcomes, solve problems, and ensure execution across all areas of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all properties
- Ensure maintenance issues are addressed quickly and properly
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure accountability
- Manage rent collection, follow-ups, and delinquencies
- Handle tenant communication, issues, and rule enforcement
- Coordinate and oversee unit turns and readiness
- Ensure consistent leasing activity and unit showings
- Manage evictions and compliance processes as needed
Schedule & Expectations
- Approximately 50 hours per week
- Must be available on-call for urgent issues and emergencies
- This role requires someone who is responsive, dependable, and proactive

Compensation
- $55,000 – $70,000 base salary
- Performance-based bonuses
