Investors Management Company is hiring for the position of Property Manager for a property in Thomaston, GA.
This Property Manager position is responsible for:
- daily property operations and leasing which include collection, recording and depositing incoming rents within 24 hours of collection.
-process applications for waitlist/move ins and forward to Compliance for approval.
-supervise Maintenance on a daily basis ensuring work orders/preventative maintenance is being done.
-provide customer service to residents, taking service requests and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- ensure vacant apartments are being cleaned, painted and turned by maintenance, marketed and leased quickly within the timeframe given.
-planning and attending required monthly resident activities.
Leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Property Management experience or prior tax credit experience.
