Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in commercial lending, business banking, or credit analysis.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, credit risk assessment, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
