Role Description The Chief Network Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Naples, FL. This position is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the technical and relationship-based network that connects founders and investors within the platform. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing network administration and IT operations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring secure, reliable connectivity for all members. The role involves developing and executing strategies to grow and enhance the member network, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support member acquisition and retention, and using data-driven research to identify new opportunities and improve services. The Chief Network Officer will also assist in putting together local events.
