Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Capital Raising Associate to join our Investor Relations team. This is a hunter-meets-consultant role focused on securing equity commitments for our real estate syndications and private equity funds. The ideal candidate isn't just a communicator—they are a closer with deep financial literacy who can articulate the risk-adjusted returns of multifamily and development assets to high-net-worth (HNW) individuals and accredited investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Capital Commitments: Take full ownership of the sales funnel, from initial lead generation to the final execution of subscription documents.
- Investor Acquisition: Execute a high volume of outbound activity (calls/emails) and manage inbound leads to convert prospects into active fund partners.
- Capital Raising Strategy: Present real estate investment opportunities (Reg D 506(c)) via 1-on-1 discovery calls, webinars, and in-person meetings.
- Relationship Management: Mange the "Full Lifecycle" of the investor journey, ensuring current partners are reinvesting and referring new capital.
- Market Positioning: Articulate complex real estate concepts—including IRR, Equity Multiples, and Cap Rates—in a way that builds immediate trust and urgency.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM to track investor sentiment, follow-up sequences, and capital commitments.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with the Manager of Investor Relations and Executive Leadership to hit aggressive quarterly fundraising targets.
Core Qualifications
- The "closer" mindset: 2 years of proven success in capital raising, private equity, or high-ticket real estate sales.
- Financial Fluency: Deep understanding of real estate investment mechanics (Multifamily, Value-Add, Ground-up Development, and Debt/Equity structures).
- High Stakes Communication: Exceptional ability to build rapport with HNW individuals, family offices, and accredited investors.
- Language: Native-level English preferred; Spanish and/or Hebrew is a significant advantage.
- Systems Driven: Proficiency in CRM management and PowerPoint for pitch deck presentations.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Reg D 506(c) frameworks. (No FINRA license required).
- Training: Willingness to undergo intensive sales training via Cardone University to master high-level negotiation and closing techniques.
