Investment Retrievers, Inc. is a debt acquisition and collection agency seeking a highly-motivated debt collector to join our team. We collect debt nationwide as well as service our own litigation and judgment accounts with a strong attorney network and internal legal staff.
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications of a strong candidate:
- 3 years Collection Industry or Sales experience required
- Understanding of debt collection laws and regulations, such as the FDCPA, UDAAP, FCRA, etc. preferred
- Must be computer literate and able to type 40 WPM
- Great communication skills and ability to adapt quickly
- Superior work ethic and punctuality a must
- High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Schedule
- Day shift
- Monday-Friday
- Weekends as needed
Compensation
- Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
- Commission pay
