What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Associate position at Investment Realty, Inc.?
We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Team Member to assist in managing both single-family and multi-family properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of daily tasks, including but not limited to:
- Unit Showings: Conducting property tours for prospective tenants.
- Inspections: Performing regular inspections of units to ensure maintenance standards are met.
- Communication: Responding promptly to emails and phone calls from tenants and potential clients.
- Documentation: Processing legal documents such as leases and applications.
- Maintenance Requests: Receiving and managing maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate information in the property management software.
- Customer Service: Interacting professionally with tenants and clients to address inquiries and concerns.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in all tasks.
- Reliable Transportation: Access to a dependable vehicle for property visits and inspections.
- Attendance: We’re looking for someone who values reliability, shows up on time, and can be counted on as part of our daily operations.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills.
Experience in property management is advantageous but not required. A high school diploma or GED and valid drivers license is required. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
