We are seeking a creative and driven intern to support our strategic communications efforts. Over a two-month period from June-July, this internship will offer hands-on experience in crafting compelling messages, managing internal and external communications, and contributing to brand and reputation initiatives. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assist in developing and editing content for newsletters, news releases, and social media.
- Support internal communications.
- Help monitor media coverage and prepare daily news summaries or media reports.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of communication strategies for events, announcements, and campaigns.
- Conduct research to support messaging, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Assist in tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Discretion; ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling and strategic thinking.
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
