The position will be responsible for managing complex calendar logistics, coordinating a high volume of meetings, and serving as a key point of contact for senior executives, investors, board members, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing an intricate and ever-changing calendar with significant scheduling demands
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and related logistics
- Preparing and processing expense reports
- Acting as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting special projects and executive initiatives as needed
