Strategic Communications Intern Summer 2026

We are seeking a creative and driven intern to support our strategic communications efforts. Over a two-month period from June-July, this internship will offer hands-on experience in crafting compelling messages, managing internal and external communications, and contributing to brand and reputation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, digitally savvy, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Assist in developing and editing content for newsletters, news releases, and social media.
• Support internal communications.
• Help monitor media coverage and prepare daily news summaries or media reports.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of communication strategies for events, announcements, and campaigns.
• Conduct research to support messaging, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Discretion; ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for storytelling and strategic thinking.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
