We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesforce Sales Representative to join a fast-growing Salesforce consulting team. This role focuses on selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services to mid-market and enterprise clients across North America.
You will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering revenue growth through consultative selling of Salesforce-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and inbound inquiries
- Leverage your existing network to promote Salesforce consulting services
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and align tailored Salesforce solutions
- Present and position offerings including implementation, customization, integration, and managed services
- Develop proposals, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with solution architects and delivery teams
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through deal closure
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and customer success teams
- Stay current with Salesforce ecosystem trends, products, and innovations
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and activities in Salesforce CRM
- Provide regular sales performance updates and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of B2B Salesforce ecosystem sales experience within IT consulting
- Established relationships within the Salesforce OEM ecosystem, including partner managers and account executives
- Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate business needs into solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling Salesforce professional services or working within a Salesforce Partner organization
- Familiarity with Salesforce certifications, AppExchange solutions, and partner programs
- Understanding of implementation lifecycles and client engagement models
