What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Client Partner position at Investigo?
We're looking for a Salesforce Client Partner to grow revenue within strategic accounts. You'll act as a trusted advisor, connecting clients' business needs with Salesforce solutions and the firm's implementation and consulting expertise. This is a quota-carrying role focused on expansion: upsell and cross-sell across multiple practice lines.
What You'll Do
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders in assigned accounts.
- Advise clients on end-to-end Lead-to-Pay processes, connecting legacy ICM/SPM, CPQ and Pricing environments with modern Salesforce architectures.
- Co-sell with Salesforce AEs, RVPs and Partner Account Managers to drive pipeline growth.
- Partner with internal PMs, Practice Leads and the Salesforce delivery team to spot optimization and expansion opportunities.
- Work with the Head of Salesforce Strategy to move deals through the pipeline.
- Build and run client success plans for Managed Services customers.
What You Bring
- 5 years of client-facing B2B sales within the Salesforce ecosystem (consulting, solutions, account management or sales).
- A track record of carrying a quota and growing pipeline on monthly and quarterly cycles.
- RevOps domain expertise: how CRM, CPQ, Billing and Incentive Compensation (SPM/ICM) work together across an enterprise tech stack.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, including CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service and Experience Cloud.
- A consultant-level Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Administrator, Platform App Builder, Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or equivalent experience.

- An established network of Salesforce AE relationships.
- Experience selling from a Salesforce SI or consulting partner.
- Experience working with Salesforce ISV partners.
Location
This role is on-site in Fort Collins, Colorado. We're open to candidates based anywhere in the US. Travel to client sites and Salesforce/industry conferences as needed.
