Our client, an innovative global biotechnology organization, is seeking an experienced Associate Director of External Data Acquisition & Delivery to lead strategy, vendor oversight, and operational excellence across external clinical trial data.
This leader will oversee external data acquisition, reconciliation, vendor governance, and delivery across multiple global clinical studies while leading a growing team and partnering closely with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, Database Development, and external partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead external clinical data strategy across multiple studies
- Oversee laboratory, imaging, biomarker, PK, ECG, genomics, eCOA and digital health data
- Develop and maintain Data Transfer Specifications (DTS)
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality external data
- Manage vendor onboarding, governance and performance
- Lead reconciliation between EDC and external vendor systems
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs and quality metrics
- Drive inspection readiness and regulatory compliance
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Data Management, Statistics and Clinical Operations
- Lead and mentor a growing team
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years Clinical Data Management
- 4 years leadership experience
- Strong external data management experience
- Vendor oversight experience
- Medidata Rave, Oracle Inform or Veeva
- Deep understanding of laboratory, biomarker, PK, imaging, ECG, genomics and eCOA data
- CDISC
- ICH GCP
- 21 CFR Part 11
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
