What You'll Do
Complete service requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance activities.
Perform unit turns and make-ready projects, including painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, appliance replacement, and general repairs.
Troubleshoot and perform repairs on HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and building components.
Conduct property surveys and identify maintenance deficiencies and safety concerns.
Maintain exterior grounds, curb appeal, and common areas.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in an on-call rotation.
Maintain accurate work order, inspection, and maintenance records.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
What We're Looking For
5 years of residential property maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction trades, or related experience required.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
Experience with painting, drywall, flooring, appliance repair, carpentry, lock replacement, and plumbing fixture repairs.
Experience in completing unit turns, inspections, and work order management.
Ability to diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs independently.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to safely operate maintenance tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business software.
