Digital Asset Product Team Overview Our team drives innovation in digital assets and blockchain integration across product structures, operational processes, and market infrastructure. Acting as a global hub of expertise, we identify opportunities to improve efficiency and expand distribution capabilities. This internship offers hands-on experience in a transformative area of product innovation and exposure to seasoned professionals across digital assets and broader investment disciplines. What you’ll do Presentation & Documentation Support: Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and product documentation to assist the digital assets product team. Idea Contribution: Share insights and suggestions during team meetings to enhance product offerings and improve processes. Competitor Benchmarking: Assist with data collection, validation, and analysis to evaluate competitor strategies and positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technology, compliance, legal, and marketing teams to understand the practical implications of product development and delivery. Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and support digital asset product initiatives and launches. Real Work, Real Impact – Tackle meaningful projects and gain insight into client services at a global investment firm Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by the summer of 2027 We welcome diverse academic backgrounds, with preference for: Technology: Computer Science, Information Technology, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), AI/Data Science Business: Finance, Economics Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale Strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and financial markets Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team environment Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available Preferred Qualifications Interest in digital assets and blockchain technology; practical experience is a plus Basic knowledge of mutual fund operations and capital markets Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics) Compensation for this position is $35/hour.
