Role Description

We are seeking a Head of Sales for a full-time, on-site role based in Inglewood, CA. The Head of Sales will lead sales strategies, oversee account management, and drive revenue growth. This role involves managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, setting sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through relationship building. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution while fostering a high-performing team environment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong leadership abilities in Team Management, including mentoring and driving team performance
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior sales leadership role within a similar industry is an advantage
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
