Assistant Tennis & Pickleball Professional

Inverness Country Club is seeking a full-time Assistant Tennis & Pickleball Professional to join our Racquet Sports team. This is a great opportunity for an energetic, positive, and motivated professional who enjoys working with players of all ages and skill levels.
Position Summary
The Assistant Professional supports all aspects of the tennis and pickleball program, including instruction, events, and daily operations. This individual will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience for members while continuing to grow their own teaching and coaching career.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide private and group instruction for tennis and pickleball players of all ages and abilities
- Assist in organizing and leading clinics, leagues, and social events
- Support junior programming, including occasional tournament travel
- Help manage daily court scheduling and member engagement
- Assist with light court maintenance and facility upkeep as needed
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for all members
Qualifications
- Prior experience teaching tennis and/or pickleball preferred
- Passion for coaching and developing players
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
