Schedule: The employee would work 40 hours a week. This person would work one night a week and one weekend per month.

- Answer all incoming phone calls for the dealership.
- Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Answer all incoming Internet leads to set up appointments to meet with our sales staff.
- Follow up on sold sales customers.
- Follow up on customers that came in to the dealership but did not buy.
- Effectively answer inbound calls, emails, texts and Internet chats.
- Assist customers with setting up appointments for service and sales.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries for sales, parts and service.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have accurate and fluent speaking and writing skills
- High School Diploma required
- Must pass drug test and criminal background check
- Must be willing to work some nights and weekends
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
