The Role
As our Receiving Team Member, you're the first set of hands on everything that comes through our doors. You'll check incoming shipments against orders, keep inventory levels visible, and get materials where they need to go so production never misses a beat. If you like staying on the move, catching the details others miss, and keeping things organized, this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
- Check incoming shipments to ensure orders are filled correctly and goods meet specifications
- Distribute goods to the appropriate locations throughout the manufacturing facility
- Monitor inventory levels of current stock and advise the purchasing department of potential issues
- Operate a forklift to load and unload goods and materials
- Communicate with team members and delivery drivers to keep everything moving
- Sustain 6-S in your work area and take part in continuous improvement activities like Kaizen, 5 Whys, and team problem solving
What We're Looking For
- A sharp eye for detail — you catch discrepancies between shipments, orders, and specs
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who communicates well across departments and with delivery drivers
- Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset
- Forklift experience is a plus — or we'll train you in-house
- Ability to stay on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
