We are looking for a highly organized and proactive team member who will help oversee production flow, coordinate manufacturing priorities, support customer communication, and ensure orders are delivered on time across multiple U.S. manufacturing centers and partners.
This role combines production coordination, customer communication, operational oversight, and office support in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and coordinate production orders to maintain strong on-time delivery performance
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, timelines, and production updates
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional customer support
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners across the United States
- Track priorities and deadlines
- Verify that all completed orders are shipped accurately and on schedule
- Support and understand assembly workflows and manufacturing processes
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional production and office environment
- Monitor overall workplace organization and identify areas for operational improvement
- Help improve operational efficiency
- Work closely with production, assembly, customer service, and management teams
