Key Qualifications
- 15 years of MEP engineering experience, including 8 years in technical leadership
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Expertise in complex systems, design standards, and Revit
- Proven track record of team growth and large-scale project delivery
- Experience in commissioning, sustainability, or digital operations is a plus
