Role Description:
Invences Inc. is seeking motivated and high-potential entry-level Systems Engineers to join our engineering team at our Frisco, Texas headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for individuals eager to build hands-on experience across modern infrastructure, networking, cloud, and enterprise systems environments.
The Systems Engineer will assist with the design, implementation, integration, and maintenance of advanced infrastructure and technology platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system administration activities, assisting with validation and optimization tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams on real-world enterprise and telecom projects.
This role provides exposure to emerging technologies including 5G, Open RAN, cloud-native platforms, data center infrastructure, enterprise networking, security systems, and next-generation connectivity solutions in a fast-paced and innovation-focused environment.

Qualifications & Key Responsibilities:***This role only for the New Grads, May 2026 only***
- Support the deployment, integration, and maintenance of enterprise and telecom infrastructure systems
- Assist with system troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution across network and cloud environments
- Participate in system testing, validation, and optimization activities
- Support system administration tasks across Linux, cloud, and infrastructure platforms
- Work collaboratively with senior engineers and technical teams on deployment and operational activities
- Contribute to technical documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist in identifying and resolving infrastructure and application-level issues
- Support automation, monitoring, and operational workflows within engineering environments
- Proficiency in Systems Engineering and Systems Design principles
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical issues
- Experience or foundational knowledge in System Administration and managing IT infrastructure
- General Technical Support capabilities and ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a technical environment
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with technologies such as 5G, Open RAN, or cloud platforms is a plus
