What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager 物流及采购主管 position at Inval Consulting Group LLC?
Responsibilities：
- Receive, review, and process import/export documentation for accounts.
- Must have a good understanding of the Import/Export Regulations or other government agency regulations that govern imports/exports.
- Uphold a strong and professional relationship with freight forwarding agents, transportation agencies, import/export and customs brokers.
- Strong vendor management
- Familiar with UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping accounts and custom clearance policies
- Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source the best method of transportation.
- Communicate with overseas agents to ensure proper pre-alerts and documentation.
- Continue to explore different options to reduce costs and better services
- Track and trace shipments
- Coordinate warehouse team and vendors for shipping and receiving
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Qualifications：
- Excellent multi-task, project management skills
- Team player with excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Assoicate Degree required
- Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking, reading and writing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
