Role Description
This is a full-time, remote/hybrid role for a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. The Acquisitions Specialist will focus on identifying and acquiring strategic real estate assets with the potential for profitable development. Responsibilities include evaluating and negotiating property acquisitions, managing relationships with property owners and stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to advance development projects. Additional duties include conducting market research and ensuring compliance with zoning and municipal regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate operations and knowledge of Real Property fundamentals
- Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales for acquisition and project expansion
- Strong Customer Service skills for managing relationships with property owners and stakeholders
- Analytical and communication skills to evaluate opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Carmel, IN
- Understanding of zoning laws and municipal procedures is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
